Duchess of Cambridge discusses royal Christmas plans during Wales trip with
Middleton and the prince were taking turns going up and down the 40-foot wall as part of their experience at the outdoor center.
As Kate Middleton and husband Prince William took turns wall climbing and abseiling, they also give a rare glimpse of their married life and relationship.
During her recent trip to North Wales with her husband Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge revealed their son Prince George already has his mind on the holidays.
Phil Blain, the 64-year-old instructor who helped the royal couple abseil has something to say about Middleton after the climbing activity at the Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre in Capel Curig Wales run by Wolverhapton Council. She was anxious before going over the edge of the wall but was still all smiles as she jokingly said, “This is the Aggghhhhh moment”. She also showed her competitive spirit saying, “Not that we’re competitive but if he does that, then I’m having to do it too!” Although Prince William reportedly fell off one of the more hard sections of the wall because “it was very wet”, he was able to complete the climb and reach the top.
“If that was Kate’s first abseil she did fantastic”, Bain said. These words of the Duchess made others conclude that she doubts the Duke’s love for her while others believe that it is merely a joke as the two had fun during the activity, Mirror reported.
Although “noisy” George will have to teach mum the correct scouting code, as Kate had a little faux pas when she greeted 12-year-old Guto Jones with her right hand instead of left.
People Magazine reported that the royal couple’s visit to the organisation was the last stop during their “homecoming” tour to Wales, where they lived in the early months of their marriage.
Middleton also revealed that little George loves helicopters like “Daddy”, when Pauline Hallett of Ogwen Mountain Rescue told the royal couple about the new helicopters Prince William’s old team recently acquired.
Prince William also noticed a bubble machine that the kids used during their Wales visit and mentioned how Prince George would enjoy having one as Christmas gift this year.
