E-petition to ban Donald Trump from UK passes 500000 signatures
Trump’s stance prompted comparisons to Adolf Hitler and suggestions from White House officials that the comments disqualify him from presidency.
The AP-GfK Poll of 1,007 adults, including 333 Republican and Republican leaning registered voters, was conducted online December 3-7, using a sample drawn from GfK’s probability-based KnowledgePanel, which is created to be representative of the us population.

The White House weighed in on his decision, with spokesman Josh Earnest saying “most people are relieved that he reconsidered”.
Trump has the GOP in turmoil over his call for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the USA following last week’s mass shooting by an Islamic militant couple that killed 14 people in San Bernardino, California. Lindsey Graham today said of Trump, “I’d rather lose without him than try to win with him, if he keeps doing what he’s doing”. But it is not only Republicans who are feeling renewed fear about terrorist strikes on American soil.

Even as he leads the Republican field in support, he also has the highest number of Republican primary voters, 23 percent, who say they would be most dissatisfied with him as the party’s nominee.
“But, my deal would be they treat me fairly and I’m going to treat them fairly”. And 22 percent say that Trump is telling it like it is and has the right approach.
The survey has an error margin of +/- 4.4 percentage points.
