EA Sports UFC 2 Announcement Coming Tomorrow

The first game was released in June of 2014 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

“The wait is finally over”, reads the post, which is accompanied by an image of the EA Sports UFC logo inside an octagon bearing the number 2.

The second edition of the EA Sports UFC series has been confirmed by its developers, and more details of the game will be revealed on Tuesday. The beta featured former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson as the two playable characters. A few of the praises were attributed to its extra content including additional fighters and other post releases. The game also received quite a few patches which fans openly welcomed. More information will presumably be making its way out sooner than later today. IGN’s review found it a reverent and fantastic-looking take on the complex sport that ultimately lacked a sense of danger and excitement. Reports about the upcoming combat game are relatively new.

No other details just yet but at least you know it’s coming. That’s to be expected, both because we hadn’t heard about the game until now and because it was nowhere to be seen in EA’s latest investors report.
