Eagle News & Rumors: Tim Tebow Makes Eagles Roster Says Brandon Graham; ‘He

I mean, maybe Graham is joking because 70% of all things said about Tebow in reference to his NFL career are jokes and it’d be pretty amusing to do so, but what if Graham isn’t kidding around?

Well, one of the stories that everyone is certainly keeping an eye on this year is the return of none other than Tim Tebow. His professional play, after all, has been spotty and unpredictable.

Many times during practice, Tebow is pulling the ball down and running.

Take it from a defensive player: Tim Tebow will make an impact.

Teammate Brandon Graham is in the minority.

Of course, one can imagine what writer Andrew Porter may have had in mind when offering that “most polarizing comment” about Tebow – the NFL player’s proudly promoted Christianity as well as the trepidation of a lot of fans about the Eagles’ wisdom in bringing Tebow on board. Barkley and Tebow will be battling for the third quarterback spot. “I think they have a better offensive line than [Bradford] is used to, and I think they’re going to run the hell out of the football”. Hell, as a matter of fact, it’s good for Chip Kelly and the Eagles that he’s putting so much emphasis on those legs, because that will more than likely be his main job if he ever does see some action on the field.

Graham believes he’s going to have a breakout year and I wouldn’t be shocked if he did. It’s not unreasonable to think that Sam Bradford tears an ACL while crawling into bed one night and that, in his stead, Mark Sanchez throws six interceptions against the Cowboys. I was just going too hard because I was just thinking about a lot, as far as I just can’t wait to get out there. Yesterday was so hard, I nearly passed out.

However, it appears that Tebow isn’t on the Eagle’s plans any time soon as it is reported that they are not looking to sign him.
