EAM Swaraj’s hilarious response to a man who wanted his fridge fixed
Following the footsteps of Narendra Modi and 21st century politicians, 64-year-old Sushma Swaraj has been using social media especially her Twitter account effectively in order to help people having problem regarding visa, passport and so on. Swaraj had to gently tell the twitter user that she is not the best person to approach for issues with appliances. “I am very busy with human beings in distress”, she tweeted.
A man only known as Venkat, tweeted to the ministers that he was delivered a defective refrigerator and that the company was refusing to replace it despite acknowledging the inconvenience caused to him.
The minister has not tweeted again, despite the storm created by her initial response. Despite the extremely busy schedule, she is a nifty Twitter user. He also tagged Ram Vilas Paswan, Union minister for consumer affairs, food and public distribution, for maximum impact.
It is unclear why Venkat chose to request Sushma for help, but the foreign minister’s response drew comments by the hundreds through the day today. A Twitter user who calls herself Gabbarni was in splits. Sushma did not ignore the request, but replied in her own way.
