East Coast storm expected to affect flights in Oklahoma
According to the Weather Channel, people in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, and NY should brace for blizzard conditions with snowfall totals expected to be over two feet in some areas. The first flakes began falling there at 1 p.m. Further south, heavy snow blanketed parts of Tennessee, and the Associated Press reported several deaths on the icy roads of North Carolina. The waivers allow passengers to change flights without paying fees, reports WTOP.
