Eddie Montgomery’s 19-year-old son Hunter dies
Hunter Montgomery, the son of country duo Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery, died Sunday after being removed from life support following an accident.
Hunter was involved in an accident, the details of which weren’t given, but Hunter’s mom, Tracy Nunan, posted prayers for her son from a Kentucky ICU in the early hours of Friday. I love him and I feel so helpless. Please pray for him.
Hunter’s uncle, musician John Michael Montgomery, wrote that the family was devastated by the loss.
In a statement made by Eddie himself he said, “Today my son Hunter went to heaven”.
Montgomery said among the announcement he cherished the petitions from hobbyists as well as for “giving us all privateness like we depress and say good-bye”. I love you son! “Trust in him at any time, a person people; serve your souls to them, for God is the refuge”.
Since the news of Hunter Montgomery’s death broke, numerous country stars have offered their condolences to Eddie Montgomery and his family. “Fight Hunter, you are a fighter!”
Hunter left behind his wife, Davara Little and a baby boy, Bennett. He remarried, to Jennifer Belcher, in 2014.
Eddie Montgomery along with his better half, Troy Gentry has given many hits such as “If You Ever Stop Loving Me”, “Something To Be Proud Of”, and “Roll With Me”.
