Eiffel Tower reopens to visitors, lit in blue, white and red
“It’s a communication tool for people to share their solidarity”.
The Eiffel Tower is not the first monument to glow blue, white, and red, in honour of the attacks.

Instagram subsequently shared the painting on its official account.

Friday’s terror attacks in Paris produced an avalanche of empathy online, and proved once again the power of simple images to unite people in times of crisis. The band has cancelled the rest of its tour and have reportedly returned to the United States.
President Francois Hollande also blames ISIS for the attacks, calling it an “act of war”.
“I have a lot friends, family and colleagues in Paris, and it is a city I love”.
