EL James’s new released’ Grey’ breaks sales record within week
The “astonishing” figure is revealed by Anne Messitte, Vintage Anchor’s publisher in a public statement.
The publisher and the solicitors, according to the report from BBC news, wouldn’t provide any other details about the lost book. It has already made more than $166 million since it was released. His “A man who acquires the ability to take full possession of his own mind may take possession of anything else to which he is justly entitled” appears as a somewhat impenetrable Jane Austen-esque maxim which is cited as Christian’s “guiding principle” (though nothing is impenetrable for Mr. Fifty Shades, I guess). It offers a fresh perspective and something that is likely to be welcomed by the millions of Christian Grey fans out there. The decision came after she received thousands of requests from fans around the world wanting a better insight into Christian’s complex character. It’s been a great pleasure to return to my happy place. The book immediately topped the online pre-release sales rankings.
But the broadsheet critics panned Ms. James’ latest effort, with Nick Clark of the Independent saying the book as a whole was similar to the sex scenes: “drawn out, racy, frequently painful and unintentionally hilarious”.
“With 50 Shades it was interesting to see readers who didn’t quite fit the bill”. The title has sold over 1.1 million copies in the first four days.
There are no complete details about the film yet, so maybe Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan will still be Ana Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. Realty Today News also reveals some interesting details surrounding the “Fifty Shades Darker” movie’s release date this Monday, June 22, 2015, as well as the latest casting rumors. With many arguing that it is too similar to the first book, it seems unlikely. Elliot is the polar opposite of Christian – yet they have an easy fraternal camaraderie, which was a pleasure to write about. “Clasping both her hands, I pin them above her head so she cannot touch me, and once she’s secure, I twist my other hand in her hair while my lips seek and find hers”.
