Eleventh Video Shows Planned Parenthood Abortionist Describing Illegal Partial
CMP Project Lead David Daleiden lashed out against the contents of the footage, saying, “Less than 4 miles away from the Texas state capitol, Planned Parenthood routinely practices barbaric partial-birth abortions on living, late-term fetuses”. With this video, CMP has shown a greater side of atrocity from Planned Parenthood, and hopefully this will add pressure on Congress to follow through with the defunding of Planned Parenthood. Regardless of the convoluted method used to arrive at the 3 percent statistic, abortion is an integral part of Planned Parenthood’s revenue stream, accounting for at least a third of its clinic income, and even its supporters must recognize this fact.
In an interview Saturday with The Texas Tribune, Stuart Bowen Jr., head of the Office of Inspector General at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, said the “notice of termination” sent to Planned Parenthood last week is the start of a civil enforcement process – and not a final determination of the organization’s status as a Medicaid provider in Texas. Which raises the obvious question: If there was nothing wrong with what Planned Parenthood was doing, why did it stop doing it? The organization recently announced it will no longer accept “reimbursement” for donations of body parts to researchers.
Three of Planned Parenthood’s 22 Wisconsin clinics offer abortions.
The House vote “is an important step forward in ending the massive, unnecessary and immoral funding of Planned Parenthood”, said Father Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life.
The 11th video produced by the Center for Medical Progress, a pro-life group, features a conversation with Dr Amna Dermish, identified as a practitioner who performs abortions in Austin, Texas.
The video went viral because of the cold-hearted nature of Snow’s comments where she stated that the decision to help a baby which survives an abortion rests exclusively with the woman, “we believe any decision that’s made should be up to the-the woman, her family and the physician…That decision should be between the patient and the healthcare provider”. Not only did Texas cut Planned Parenthood’s funding, but it did so in a way that may well stand up to the type of judicial activism that other states’ actions have encountered. Planned Parenthood is expected to challenge Texas in court, as it has others states that have defunded its affiliates. Planned Parenthood claims that the videos, captured over a 30-month period, are deceptively edited and that it gains no financial advantage from the sale of fetal tissue.
Seago also warned that the abortion industry will not take this action lying down, but will likely seek to circumvent the actions of state legislatures and governors by “judicial activism”.
That is exactly what happened in Louisiana, just as Texas was issuing its termination. It will expire on November 2.
Her statements came during questions Richards was asked in the hearings on whether she would approve of giving medical care to a child which survives an abortion attempt.
That’s why Planned Parenthood’s change of policy is better than a confession; it’s a a realization that Planned Parenthood needs to change its ghastly ways.
