Elizabeth Olsen Reveals Why She Didn’t Play Michelle on ‘Fuller House’

Back in January, John – who played Uncle Jesse – revealed he and Jeff called Elizabeth’s agent to ask her to consider playing the iconic role made famous by her sisters. Like us on Facebook “You know, to this day I still get people calling me Aunt Becky and I’m not offended by that at all”. He said that Ashley was really uneasy and uncomfortable with the idea of acting again since she hasn’t been in front of rolling cameras since she was 17 years old.

“I$3 can’t say a bad word [about him because he’s] known me since I was an infant”, Olsen pointed out. No matter what happens, Fuller House’s new characters still have our attention and we can’t wait to see what the next season brings!

And Elizabeth also didn’t have anything negative to say about Fuller House after viewing the initial episode. “We miss that. Everybody does feel that hole in the family”, Franklin told E!

“I am still hopeful that Mary-Kate or Ashley or both of them will come back and be a part of it, even if it’s just for an hour”.

Initially “heartbroken”, Stamos continues to aspire to get Mary-Kate and Ashley to take on the role during Season 2. News at last night’s premiere of her new film, I Saw the Light, it’s a no-go. “I promise you will not be dissapointed (sic) with our reunion and spin off!!… we want to give the fans what they deserve for supporting us for so many years – we all just want to have fun – do it in a classy way on netflix and have a good time – sad that a few don’t share the rest of the cast’s opinion – i can only wish them the best”.

Even though most of the original cast of “Full House” are present in the current reboot, the absence of Michelle Tanner have left viewers disappointed.

She is scheduled to reprise her role as the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel movie Captain America: Civil War, due out next month (29Apr16), and plays a singing role as Hank Williams’ wife Audrey Mae Williams in the new biopic, due out later this year (06May16). “I am exhausted of fielding the Olsen twin question”. The two were spotted leaving their office together recently, wearing matching black outfits and similar bags.
