Our thoughts are with Elizabeth and her family and we look forward to having her back at ABC News when she feels ready to return.”
Elizabeth first made an entry into the rehab last November. In fact her husband, who is also the popular songwriter and singer Marc Cohn, urged her to enter the rehab to battle her disease. She is an alcoholic as well as sought therapy in a facility specialized in trauma. The reason for this being the fact that she is also suffering from panic attacks as well as anxiety since she was a child. As a matter of fact, she took to drinking at a later stage to ease her mental troubles.
