Emilia Clarke says Game of Thrones Season 6 Will Be ‘Epic’
“It’s just go, go, go, go”, she tells the LA Times. And definitely Dany’s a part of it.
The actress has already hinted at her doubts that Jon Snow is truly gone from “Game of Thrones“, and now she is giving the inside scoop on Season 6.
“I can’t handle how sick these scripts are”, she said.
She added: ‘But this season coming up, that we’re about to film, there’s none of that. “Weirdest sentence ever”.
Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones,’ is currently flying as high as she was in one of Season 5’s final scenes on the back of her dragon, Drogon. “All you want to do is just scream and shout, and you have all these people glaring at you thinking, ‘What is that woman on?'”, said Clarke. “So, yeah, I had to try and contain my excitement for that moment”.
Last season of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones was intense, to say the least, but things are only going to get crazier as we approach next season. In addition, the show had a staggering 22 other Emmy nominations and with so much of the cast and crew up for awards, a few logistical problems have arisen. Clarke recently starred in Terminator Genisys with Arnold Schwarzenegger, and is scheduled for Me Before You with Jenna Coleman.
“I was at the doctor’s waiting to go in”. While the series has made a handful of changes to the original novels, Season 6 will touch on material that has yet to be published, so no fan has any idea what the action Clarke is talking about will look like. No one really knows what is going to happen, but Emilia Clarke isn’t going to pass up an opportunity to tease us all about what is up next. “But that would have massive repercussions, so I don’t know if that would be the case, but we shall see”.
