Empire Cover Reveals New Look at Rogue One Villain
Lucasfilm debuted the second trailer for Rogue One last month, but it isn’t clear when the next trailer will arrive. Most franchises gain cult followings, but Star Wars transcends that sort of subculture and has affixed itself into the very essence of our modern society. So maybe it is the “rogue one” after all.
From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”, an all-new epic adventure.
Edwards also noted that “rogue” is a good descriptor for the film’s lead, Jyn Erso. While Chinese actress Angelababy had a bigger part in Fox’s “Independence Day: Resurgence”, many Chinese moviegoers see the actress’ role as dispensable. “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” opens in USA theaters on December 16, 2016.
When Erso delivers the now-famous dialogue, “I Rebel”, both the tempo and scenes turn more explosive, chaotic and aggressive with ideal precision, writes Parent Herald.
“There are exciting synergies with the film and the Nissan Rogue, our top-selling vehicle in the USA and Canada”, Jeremy Tucker, Nissan’s vice of president of North American marketing, said in a statement. In fact, it will serve as the jump off point of the Original Trilogy.
“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” has been directed by Gareth Edwards and centers on Jyn as she is recruited by the Rebel forces to steal plans for the Death Star. You can see the pic below, which shows off Mendelsohn’s Director Orson Krennic. The 1994 hit-song “Sabotage” appeared in the beginning of 2009’s Star Trek and in the conclusion of 2016’s Star Trek Beyond. So, the title meaning surely has some things to say about the heroine, which, for the time being, looks like a fascinating character. Check it out and enjoy.
