Epic: 100 different movie scenes set to ‘Uptown Funk’ – perfectly!

You might be asking yourself, does the world really need another Uptown Funk mash?

Video site named What’s The Mashup has come up with a video wherein they have compiled dance clips from over 100 English movies in the song Uptown Funk. It is truly delightful.

In the almost five-minute clip, What’s the Mashup stitched together scenes from 100 movies ranging from 1960’s Mary Poppins to 1983 hit Risky Business to 2006 indie flick Little Miss Sunshine. There’s Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King sauntering away, Jennifer Garner whipping out her “Thriller” moves in 13 Going on 30, Zoolander and Hansel in a model walk-off – the list goes on. The editing is superb as every dance sequence presented is creatively and perfectly woven into the 4:49 video.

In addition to dominating the charts, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ 1960s-inspired earworm “Uptown Funk” has inspired countless tributes, remixes, and memes.
