Europe demands YouTube pay more to artists
That’s exactly what’s going on in the European Union right now.
One is shared by two life-long members of the ruling class, Hillary Clinton, standard-bearer of the Democratic party, and European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker, two politicians who feel threatened by the new revolt of the masses. “Science needs a copyright law that reflects the reality of the modern age”, Carlos Moedas, European commissioner for research, science, and innovation, said in a statement. We are looking at the European Parliament and the Member States for more significant action towards a better future for creators in the digital marketplace’.
Juncker called for more European Union action when it comes to common defense, dealing with external borders, climate action and commercial enterprise.
With Europe facing its biggest migration crisis since World War II, Juncker also called for a new European Union border and coast guard force to start work quickly with 200 guards and 50 vehicles deployed in Bulgaria by next month. ETIAS will be an additional measure to the Entry-Exit System (EES) proposal, which the Commission expects to adopt by the end of the year and to bring into force by early 2020 after three years’ development.
Protecting the EU’s external borders and increase security co-operation will be discussed by European Union leaders when they gather in the Slovak capital for a one-day meeting tomorrow.
“Everyone benefiting from connectivity means that it should not matter where you live or how much you earn”, he said.
Mr Juncker, a former prime minister of Luxembourg, said: ‘Such an army would help us design a common foreign and security policy.
Juncker said, “we would be happy if the request for Brexit could happen as quickly as possible so that we could take the specific steps which need to happen”. “We can either come out of this crisis weaker and conflicted, or stronger and more united”.
He urged the bloc to agree to send 200 more border guards and 50 vehicles from next month to help Bulgaria control its border with Turkey, one of the routes migrants and refugees used previous year to get to Europe.
