The proposal comes as a surprise, since Eva had ruled out walking down the aisle for a third time, saying previous year: ‘Marriage and kids are not on the horizon’. Let me tell you, I’m very lucky in my life.

The Texas-born actress, who gained fame from the popular series “Desperate Housewives”, now features in the NBC network soap opera spoof “Telenovela”.

She was previously married to actor Tyler Christopher from 2002 to 2004 and French basketball star Tony Parker from 2007 to 2011.
