Ex-NY mayor says some Muslims celebrated 9/11
Most recently, Trump has dishonestly claimed that “thousands and thousands” of Muslim-Americans in Jersey City celebrated the 9/11 attacks, called for closing mosques and floated the idea of a government database to monitor all Muslims.
In additional tweets, Guzman stressed that the eight people who were being investigated was a far cry from the “thousands” claimed by Trump. We then asked about a ban specifically on assault weapons for Muslims, and 56% of Trump voters support that to only 22% who are opposed.
“I didn’t serve, I haven’t served”, Trump said of the military, saying he got deferments for service based on his education and a foot injury.
Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump joked Monday that he may charge CNN for appearing in the next GOP primary debate – but probably won’t because he’d be called a “chicken”. I personally said to him, he needs to apologize. “And now the poor guy, you gotta see this guy, ‘ahhh, ‘” Trump is heard saying on the video as he speaks to a crowd on the campaign trail. “We actually didn’t think we were going to be having a press conference, but we all thought it was such a good meeting that we would do that”, Trump said.
Dr. Stephen A. Parson Sr., a pastor for Richmond Christian Center, was one of more than 100 black pastors who attended the private meeting with Trump. “I’ll have to build relationships with Latino communities with this community with that community, and he recognized and that, and they took him to task for it”.
“They are prostituting themselves and, in essence, the black church”, Bryant said.
Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks said in an email that Trump would still be holding a private meeting with the group on Monday before departing for a rally in Georgia. “Right? People were celebrating, he’s right about that…”
But he said claims by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump that thousands of people were involved was an exaggeration.
Rudy Giuliani, a Republican and former mayor of NY, told CNN that Trump is exaggerating. “This guy is a humble guy and has a heart for people”, Parson said. “This is the first thing comes to my mind, they would be upset of what happened, and come to the building and do something wrong”. “They didn’t know what they were doing, but they had so much hate”.
