Family tensions changing Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral plans?
Bobby Brown Jr. took to Twitter to rant about the unwanted attention that his family is receiving after the death of his older half-sister, Bobbi Kristina. Afterward, Bobbi Kristina will be laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey next to her mother Whitney Houston.
Whilst another insider added to PEOPLE magazine: “Things are constantly changing“.
An autopsy proved inconclusive, and medical examiners released the 22-year-old’s body on Tuesday.
A spokeswoman for Brown’s family said she died on Sunday surrounded by her family and was “finally at peace in the arms of God”.
Multiple outlets are reporting that Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, will not be among the memorial service attendees. Scheduled for Saturday at the St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, the funeral is by invite-only, and it’s apparently those invites that have the Houston and Brown families at odds with one another again.
Houston’s 1993 will states that if her daughter dies unmarried and childless before the age of 30, what was left of the estate that she has not received will be distributed among Houston’s relatives. If police overlooked any physical evidence at Bobbi Kristina’s home after she was hospitalised on January 31, recovering it almost six months later may be impossible. “However, an autopsy could be helpful to address questions which may arise about the cause of her unresponsiveness and eventual death”.
“Krissy was and is an angel. My heart goes out to her family, who have been in mourning for so long”. “Our loss is unimaginable”.
Only the toxicology reports – which will be released in several weeks’ time – will reveal if Bobbi had been under the influence but they won’t be able to establish who supplied her with the drugs.
The medical examiner’s office says it is ordering lab tests and has issued subpoenas for documents – likely Brown’s hospital records – to help determine a cause and manner of death.
