Federal Bureau of Investigation rejects White House request to knock down Trump-Russia stories

A source says that Donald Trump is a disgusting terrible human being.

Trump said he wasn’t against all the press, just “the fake news media or press”. “They have nine sources”; they make up sources”. I saw one story recently where they said nine people have confirmed.

Trump said he is not “against the media”, and “there are some great reporters around”, but there are also “terrible, dishonest people” in the business.

“And they shouldn’t use “sources”, he said, adding they should be required to put the names of everyone to whom they speak into their reports. “Let their name be out there”, Trump said.

Priebus’ actions “completely inappropriate” and said they underscore the need for an independent investigator. “Let there be no more anonymous sources”, he said.

“There are some great reporters around, they are talented and honest as the day is long; that is great”. And then he told a story about how his friend “Jim”-a “substantial guy”-who doesn’t vacation in to Paris anymore because it’s not the same as it once was”. They should put names in the stories. That’s the way they are.

“So I’m not against the media, I’m not against the press”.

The White House pushed back, claiming in response that while Priebus did speak with Federal Bureau of Investigation deputy director Andrew McCabe, McCabe initiated the contact to inform Priebus that the New York Times report about campaign contacts with Russian Federation was incorrect.

“We’d love to help but we can’t get into the position of making statements on every story”, he was quoted as saying.

The president wasn’t done yet. This goes along with the new guidelines Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly issued a few days ago. The audience starts chanting “CNN, CNN”.

An attendee from San Francisco told The Hill he wanted to hold onto the Trump flag as a souvenir, but said no had a sense of humor anymore.

I can assure you and I have been approved to say this – that the top levels of the intelligence community have assured me that that story is not only inaccurate, but it’s grossly overstated and it was wrong.
