Federer out of Shanghai Masters

Federer said it was a tough day at the office for the 34-year-old.

The Shanghai Masters resumes on Wednesday on Sky Sports 3 HD at 6.30am with Murray involved in the second match of the morning – so you can expect him to be on your screens at roughly 8.30am. He said he was thrilled to have won against Federer.

However, Roger would come out fighting in the second set and his power and precision was too much for the Spaniard, whose serve was broken twice. Ramos-Vinolas will next face either France’s Jo-Wilfried Tsonga or Victor Estrella Burgos in the third round.
