Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on PS4 has a file size of only 25.1GB. The game developer specifically noted the various ways that players will be able to change the patterns and colors of the gears to suit a particular style.
–“Gear doesn’t affect player stats”.
Konami didn’t really go into that much detail regarding the amount of customisation control you’ll have over characters, but some pre-set colour palettes and a vast array of different clothing were brushed over.
–Some items are class specific.
Complete with metallic grey Dual Shock 4 to match Snake’s trusty handgun and a copy of the Day One edition of the game, the console also comes with an in-game extra Snake costume, an Adam-ska revolver, silver ballistic shield and wetland cardboard box.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on September 1, and for PC on September 15.
Furthermore, it was emphasized that the current-gen versions of the video game supports up to 16 players in stealth-oriented multiplayer battles.
As spotted by DualShockers, the PlayStation 3 version is significantly less hefty at 11.7 GB.
