Fireworks, franks, festivities: Americans mark July Fourth
There will be free parking at AES with trolley rides to the event. Traditional games for children will be offered at Seneca High School.

A night of racing will end with celebratory fireworks. Admission is free, $20 to enter one vehicle.
MICANOPY FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION: Annual parade at 11 a.m., fish fry at the Micanopy Museum immediately following; then onto the ballpark at 5:30 p.m. for music, food and fun, including a bounce house free for children (fireworks begin at dusk). Events will begin at noon on Saturday at Memorial Park, with fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
The auto, truck and bike show runs from 8 a.m.to 2 p.m.
Lost Bridge Village Fireworks – There will be live music, food and fireworks on the shores of Beaver Lake.
This year’s fireworks on Devils Lake start at dusk at the sand bar in Manitou Beach.
Most events will be held at Dick Smith Park. Some of the activities include pony rides, food booths and a moon bounce. Lodge Park, Route 47. There also will be musical acts, food trucks and family activities.
From 7-11 p.m., Emerald Isle, Bogue Inlet Pier and Emerald Owl Productions will partner to put on the show with the beach acting as the dance floor. There will also be bounce house/inflatables.
The show starts at 9 p.m.
Dexter Lake – Activities include fireworks display at dusk over the lake.
SAVANNAH – The annual River Street Fourth of July celebration and fireworks show will be from 4-10 p.m. Monday.
One of Redwood City’s biggest draws on July Fourth has been the parade presented by the Peninsula Celebration Association.

Takoma Park: The town has a parade scheduled for 10 a.m., a concert at 7 and fireworks at 9:30 at the Takoma Park Middle School, 7611 Piney Branch Rd.
FAIRPLAY – The 4th of July Celebration will go all day with a parade at 4 p.m. Fireworks are at 9 p.m.
Gaithersburg: Celebrations will take place at Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm and fireworks begin around 9:30 p.m. Come to The Town of Livingston on July 2nd for the ultimate celebration with a live performance from U.S and T.B Ledford & The Accumulators followed by a lovely fireworks show!
In North Louisiana, historic Natchitoches hosts the annual Celebration on the Cane July 4 with live music and a fireworks display over the Cane River. Activities begin in the late afternoon and last until 9:45 p.m. after the firework show.

Madison County is full of explosive events for Fourth of July weekend. Kansas’ largest Independence Day celebration features Ottaway Carnival rides, magicians, a auto show and more.
A Fourth of July tradition, 3-mile race followed by a short kids fun run. Start time is 6 p.m. $35 for members/$50 for nonmembers. Fireworks at dusk at Veterans Park.
