First Agent Carter season 2 teaser trailer released

The period-set series will follow Peggy (Hayley Atwell) as she heads west and relocates in California, though the change in venue doesn’t mean she’ll be kicking any less butt.

Following the first image that debuted online earlier this week (view it in the gallery below), the first promo for Marvel’s Agent Carter Season 2 has been released online and can be viewed below!

The second season of “Agent Carter” premieres on Tuesday, January 5 at 9 p.m. on ABC. “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” will return on Tuesday March 8.

Just about everyone who saw Hayley Atwell get to strut her stuff as Peggy Carter in Season 1 of Agent Carter has been anxious to find out when we’d get to see more. The 30-second spot that aired during last night’s episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. didn’t spoil much plot-wise when it comes to the new season, but it did give us a few face time with a few of our favorite Marvel characters – namely, the one and only Peggy Carter.

The post also added that the plot will be dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, and Peggy will travel from NY City to Los Angeles. Recurring guest stars this season include Dominic Cooper, Bridget Regan, Wynn Everett, Reggie Austin, Currie Graham, Lotte Verbeek, Lesley Boone, Ken Marino and Kurtwood Smith… As of yet, Lyndsy Fonseca has not been confirmed to reprise her role as Peggy’s best gal Angie Martinelli.

Based on the Agent Carter Season 2 first look photo below, it sure looks like Los Angeles agrees with our English rose.
