First Footage of ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Unveils Spidey’s Classic Web Wings

And we’re guessing that’s how Marvel and Sony want you to feel after you see the full trailer tomorrow. This time out, Tom Holland plays Spider-Man.

In his first solo MCU outing, Spidey’s costume will receive an upgrade courtesy of Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). With the arrival of Donald Glover on the list and controversy of who Zendaya will play, we finally step away from the casting to get a peek into Spider-Man’s gadgets.

Peter is also seen watching a video on YouTube during his encounter with Scott Lang/Ant-Man/Giant-Man (Paul Rudd) and the renegade heroes during the events of “Captain America: Civil War”, while trying to create a new web fluid during a seminar. Even though it’s short we still get an idea of what the movie will be like. A report by iTech Post revealed that Spidey is seen wearing his web wings.

“This is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!” a winded Peter Parker explains in selfie mode.

Sony has released a trailer tease for Spider-Man: Homecoming, and it’s 17 seconds of superhero suiting.

“But if you have another movie, Marvel is so good at working around it”. Then comes Spidey’s anticipated standalone movie in July, followed by the epic year-ending Thor: Ragnarok in November.
