First Picture Of The Reunited Friends Cast

A huge TV star in her own right thanks to her role in the popular CBS comedy, Kaley Cuoco couldn’t hide her excitement as she and her co-stars posed for a photo with the iconic Friends cast. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer were photographed together on Sunday night.

Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg and Kaley Cuoco were all part of the snap, and the latter shared the group picture on Instagram.

The “Friends” cast was on hand for an NBC special to honor legendary TV producer and director James Burrows, who directed 15 episodes of the hit show from 1994 to 1998.

Sheldon, Howard, Leonard and Penny might be the current sitcom superstars but Friends fanatics across the globe will have been excited to see Rachel, Joey, Ross, Rachel and Monica around the same table once again.

We’ve been hearing mostly mixed reports about NBC’s upcoming TV Special that would see the first official Friends reunion since it went off the air back in 2004, but now there’s actually photographic evidence to prove it’s really happening.

Speaking to Graham Norton about his absence he said: “It’s not the reunion everyone is hoping for – they are celebrating Jim Burrows who was a director of Friends”. That was about a certain time in your life, and I had just left [the] Friends time of my life. I don’t know about a movie.
