Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 arrives next month
That’s not all though, as Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 will also be the first game in the series to get an expansion.
And now it looks like Cawthon wants to increase that number before the year is up. Gameplay ends with a sudden jump scare if one of the robots breaches the player’s security station. Five Nights at Freddy’s, which was originally teased with a Halloween release date, is actually just around the corner.
Released last Halloween, Five Nights at Freddy’s is a survival horror game for PC platforms that puts players in the role of a security guard stationed at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, a Chuck E. Cheese-like children’s entertainment center.
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 and Five Nights at Freddy’s 3, as well as the original, are designed for iPhone and iPad. The news was announced when Cawthon sent an email to YouTube content creator named Dawko, who went on to post it on Reddit. Scott added in his email that he’s going to “keep it special” with a free update he’ll put out on October 31. The developer is also planning to release a trailer for the game within a couple of weeks, stating that he plans on “having a trailer ready for the next weekend”.
