Flash Movie Gets Neighbors 2 Star Kiersey Clemons as Iris West

But as she prepares for the Flashpoint universe in Season 3, DC Films and Warner Bros.is preparing to introduce a completely different Iris West to the DC multiverse, with another actress taking on that role.

Clemons will star opposite Ezra Miller, who is set to play the Scarlet Speedster and his civilian counterpart, Barry Allen.

Last month, it was reported that she was one of the top choices, along with fellow up-and-coming actresses Rita Ora and Lucy Boynton. Miller’s version of the Flash is also set to appear in Zack Snyder’s upcoming Justice League alongside a full roster of iconic DC heroes, including Ben Affleck’s Batman, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher’s Cyborg, Jason Momoa‘s Aquaman and Henry Cavill’s Superman. Kiersey Clemons is also expected to be introduced in the film. Thus, by the time The Flash hits in 2018, more people will likely be drawn to the name Kiersey Clemons.

After the exit of Seth Grahame-Smith, The Flash is continuing to whoosh along under Famuyiwa’s direction.

Clemons was reportedly a favorite for director Rick Famuyiwa, who took over as director of The Flash in June.

The Flash will abruptly create a series of crimson blurs when it arrives at theaters on March 16, 2018. The story came from a treatment written by Jump Street directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord.
