In June, half of the new F-150 pickup trucks sold by Ford were of its three existing premium models – Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum.

We expect the 2016 Ford F-150 Limited to be available later this year, though Ford has yet to release an official time frame. It will have a unique grille, raised “Limited” lettering on the hood and a satin-chrome exterior accents. The 2016 Ford F-150 Limited will go on sale later this year, and will be a step up from the automaker’s current top-of-the-line pickup, the F-150 Platinum. Its starting price is about $10,000 more than that of the Chevrolet Silverado High Country, $8,000 more than a Ram 1500 Limited and the same as a BMW X6. Premium performance engines.
