Former Cowboys’ RB Randle arrested again in Texas
Randle showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s house in Irving, TX around 3 a.m. Monday morning hoping to get some sleep before driving back to Kansas. “We ran a standard warrant check and found that he had an outstanding speeding ticket warrant from Coppell PD”. Randle was taken to jail in Irving, Texas, and held on $359 bail. He was also arrested past year on a drug possession charge in Kansas.
At the beginning of this past National Football League season, he was expected to be the lead dog in a running back by committee situation for the Dallas Cowboys?
Randle left but then returned. He reportedly was asked to leave the casino because he was too drunk. “The whys, I don’t know”. Randle faces four misdemeanor charges in that case, according to The Wichita Eagle: two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of criminal trespass and one count of resisting arrest. He was already away from the team to deal with unspecified personal issues when he was released by the Cowboys. In February, police responded to a domestic violence call from his hotel room in which he allegedly threatened the mother of his son with a gun.
In October 2014, Randle was arrested at Stonebriar Centre mall after Frisco police said he tried to take a bottle of cologne and a pack of underwear from Dillard’s.
