Former North Korea detainee: Warmbier probably isn’t getting much info
According to the North’s official KCNA news agency, Warmbier entered North Korea as a tourist and “was caught committing a hostile act against the state”, which it said was “tolerated and manipulated by the usa government”.
The student, who arrived on a tourist visa, was being questioned by North Korean officials after taking part in “anti-state activity”, the official Korean Central News Agency said in a short statement Friday.
