Fox repeats: ‘I’m not going to pay for that f***ing wall’
The war of words between Donald Trump and ex-Mexican President Vicente Fox went nuclear yesterday when Fox suggested that Trump reminds him of Hitler. “That’s the way he started speaking”, Fox told CNN in a phone interview.
Pope Francis said last week that Trump “is not Christian” if he seeks to build a wall and deport undocumented immigrants.
Fox told media outlets twice, that Mexico is “not going to pay for that f***ing wall”.
Fox said Trump has “offended everybody”.
He warned that Trump “is turning the United States into a neighbor that we’re all going to end up rejecting and hating”, and that was not in the best interest of the United States. “And it’s going to be completely useless”.
Mexico’s former president Vicente Fox has compared Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.
“This guy is an embarrassment to the Republican Party… and his business colleagues”, Fox told Imagen Radio, using another F-bomb to refer to the border wall.
“It’s a heated campaign seasons, and I just want you to know – Mr President – that the most heated of the rhetoric you’ve heard from some of the competitors for the nomination of President is not who we are”. And if they think that they will benefit with an administration led by Donald Trump, they are wrong.
Host Maria Bartiromo’s expression said it all as Fox dropped the profanity again in his comments Friday. No offense, no offense to America.
At that point, Maher staged his own State of the Union address – an illustration, he said, of where the shifting tone in political discourse could go.
Naturally, after having a SECOND leader from our neighbor to the South inform him that his “make Mexico pay for the wall” idea isn’t going to pan out, Trump is a little angry.
