Foxes through to last-16
The Foxes needed a point to move into the last 16, yet secured three to ensure they will finish top of Group G.
Now sitting a disappointing 14th in the table, coming off losses to Watford and West Bromwich Albion, Leicester are just two points off 18th place Hull City.

Mahrez hammered his effort down the middle, putting Leicester in complete control against opponents who had only scored once so far in the group stages of the competition.

Eight years on, the 28-year-old midfielder played the full 90 minutes as the Foxes overcame Brugge.

But he acknowledged that they “have the chance” to progress in Europe’s top-tier competition which would be “another fantastic achievement for the club, for the fans and for everybody”.
