Cameron, speaking on the BBC on Monday, said attacks directed at civilian targets “was the sort of thing we warned about” and that authorities would determine whether further steps are needed to thwart such atrocities.
“[The] acts of war… were decided and planned in Syria, prepared and organized in Belgium [and] perpetrated on our soil with French complicity”, Hollande said, while addressing a joint gathering of the French parliament Monday.

By then, hours had passed since authorities identified Abdeslam as the renter of a Volkswagen Polo that carried hostage takers to the Paris theatre where many died.
Last Friday, three teams of ISIS terrorists killed at least 129 people and wounded 352-99 of them seriously-during multiple attacks at six different locations throughout Paris, including the Stade de France, two restaurants and a concert hall.

French media said police also raided houses in Toulouse, Grenoble and Bobigny.
The police in France have made 23 arrests and seized assault rifles and drugs in nationwide raids on suspected Islamist militants following the terror attacks.
The search continues for Salah Abdeslam who was reportedly seen near the Belgian national football stadium in Brussels causing Belgium’s friendly against Spain to be cancelled tonight.
With no sign of Salah Abdeslam, Belgian Interior Ministry’s Crisis Center raised the country’s terrorism threat level from two to three, or “severe”.
Mohamed Abdeslam said in a statement delivered in French that he was released because he had an alibi for Friday night.
Mounted against “sites previously identified during reconnaissance missions conducted by France, the operation was conducted in coordination with United States forces”, it adds.
