French Open won’t let Serena Williams wear catsuit
“Since she was born, I haven’t been apart from her for more than a day”. I’ve been working incredibly hard. “That’s really surprising to me”. Further, she insisted it helped her prevent a return of the blood clots which put her life in danger after giving birth previous year.
Serena Williams isn’t anxious about a dress code at the French Open. And she did so for health, as well as fashion, reasons.
Halep can relax even more knowing that she has amassed enough points to ensure her world number one spot is safe no matter the outcome at the US Open.
“I had a tough few days after the Cincinnati final, but now I’ve recovered, I feel strong again”.
Serena’s career as a working mother has only just begun but she is clear about her priorities off and on the court.
In an interview published recently in a French tennis magazine, the French official singled out the black figure-hugging catsuit that Williams wore as he revealed that the tournament would institute a dress code. “I’ve always wanted to be a superhero, and it’s kind of my way of being a superhero”.
Serena will have the fans firmly behind her in NY and the 36-year-old is also the bookmakers’ favorite to win a 24th Grand Slam title and equal Australian Margaret Court’s record haul after the American’s run to this year’s Wimbledon final.
“Records are meant to be broken”.
‘It is important for me to go through that and see exactly where I’m at, to see how I feel after playing an extremely long match.
During Williams’ pregnancy, she experienced some complications, including a pulmonary embolism – known as a blood clot or clots in the lungs – and a hematoma – or swelling of clotted blood in her abdomen – which required surgery. Williams did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
“I definitely am more of a high-strung person where everything is dramatic for me”, Serena said.

Simona Halep, her number one ranking secure and a Grand Slam title on her resume, is riding high heading into the US Open but that doesn’t mean she’s taking anything for granted.
“If anything, I can just continue to strive”. I’m sure we would come to an understanding and everything will be okay. You ahve to face those obstacles. Whether you get through them or not, there’s always another chance to get through them.
