A Las Vegas restaurant is having some fun with the public about a burglary by posting surveillance video of the crooks in action with amusing music and comments about their “weak” performance.

A family-owned Las Vegas taco stop called Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos was robbed back on December 16. “Restaurant Trolls Burglars”, which cobbles together security-cam footage and riffs on the absurd premise, as the video’s YouTube description puts it, that “These nice gentlemen came looking for tacos… we think”.

“We wanted a way to get the word out there, and thought we could reach more people by making it a little more light-hearted”, Carlson said. The video already garnered more than 900,000 views in under a week on YouTube. That robber’s ability to confidently claim he knows how to throw a rock at a glass door.

“Guy reaalllly wants a taco”, an overlay reads, then fades as a second burglar appears on the screen.

Frijoles & Frescas took the liberty of adding subtitles to the footage, narrating what they believe the suspects were truly looking for – their delicious tacos.

“We take full responsibility for what our tacos cause people to do”, the video says.

Burglars are just like you and me except they make their money through slightly different and highly illegal ways.
