‘Fuller House’ may please fans (but no one else)

Now, I’ve watched the trailer for Fuller House far too many times to count, and there was no sign of Fernando.

With the nostalgia that has been promoted over the past few months, the show began with the original introduction, which then flashed forward 29 years later, with a new, updated version of the intro song, but this time sung by Carly Rae Jepsen.

The Olsen twins main focus has been in the fashion industry where they have had a great amount of success.

People Magazine was the only press that was in attendance at the premier episode live taping and they reported that there was an additional Fuller House scene related to the absence of Ashley and Mary-Kate that did not make the cut.

All 13 episodes of “Fuller House” are available for steaming on Netflix. We’re sure you’re planning a binge-watching weekend, but before you turn on Netflix and click on the first episode, you’ll definitely want to check out these amazingly nostalgic moments and memories you’ll want to watch out for (of course, with no nasty spoilers).

Maureen Ryan at Variety laments, “Given the array of multicam classics potentially worth reviving, it’s a little deflating to know that this is the old sitcom Netflix chose to bring back”, adding that “it’s simply odd for a show this derivative to frequently give the impression that it’s taking a victory lap simply for existing”.

There has been one occasion where Netflix wavered from this usual 12:01 release time, and that was when they released a season of Orange is the New Black several hours early for “good behavior”. “I mean I didn’t steal Mr. Bear”.

Fuller House was taped in front of a studio audience on the same Warner Bros. lot in Burbank where the iconic Tanner house set was rebuilt. I have the oldest kids of the three of us, so my kids are always teaching me or correcting me and basically telling me the words I’m not allowed to use, which would be “on fleek”.
