Future’s Ex-Bodyguard Shot and Killed in Georgia

Sources close to Future tell us he’s devastated by Big Mike’s sudden death but hasn’t worked with him since 2012.

Michael Tanner Phillips, 27, was shot and killed at the Jonesboro home he shared with his pregnant wife, who was not in the same room at the time of the fatal incident. Authorities are still searching for the gunman.

TMZ reports police are still searching for suspects and they don’t believe the incident was gang-related.

“Some of the neighbors heard some arguing and some gunshots”.

According to Lt. Frank Thomas, the Clayton County Police Department is still “interviewing Phillips’ neighbors and trying to piece together what happened”.

The alleged gunman is still at large and immediately fled the scene in an unmarked vehicle following the shooting.

The former bodyguard of hip hop artist Future has been shot dead. The MC paid his respects to Phillips on Twitter. The picture went viral and social media had already dubbed the Panthers victors before the opening kickoff.
