Gal Gadot: Military was good training for Hollywood
The “Wonder Woman” actress insists her two-year stint in the Israeli Defence Forces wasn’t “that difficult” and she has found it useful in her current career. Bar Refaeli, an Israeli model, is known for openly dodging the Israeli military requirements by marrying a good friend of hers. Critics doubts her ability to carry on the role, and according to cinemablend.com, “When Gadot was first announced in the role of Wonder Woman, many fans blasted this decision on social media, citing her slim figure as reason for doubt”.
Military service is mandatory for both men and woman over the age of 18 in Israel but not everyone takes it in their stride like Gal did.
She said: “The army wasn’t that hard for me”. That’s just the way it is: celebrities have other needs.
“She is the ultimate symbol of strength”.

Director Zack Snyder chatted with Entertainment Weekly about how Wonder Woman fits into the upcoming DC sequel Batman v Superman (which will likely demolish the box office on name recognition alone) and revealed she’ll essentially be the doorway to a larger world that’ll be explored in the follow-up Justice League film.
“I knew [the role] was big and it was for one of the franchises”.
Gadot, 30, will appear on the cover of Fashion Magazine’s August issue ahead of her leading role as Wonder Woman in Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. “I wanted Superman to have to feel like he was looking up to Batman despite being so much stronger”. It was very emotional. “I want to be a tough girl, I want to do all kinds of action”.
The brunette beauty plays Ryan Reynold’s wife in the drama while Costner, 60, plays a risky criminal with a dead Central Intelligence Agency operative’s skills, secrets and memories implanted into him to finish a job.
