Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams: ‘Nothing Will Prepare You’ for Season 7
After reading all of the new season’s scripts, the actress who plays Arya Stark had fun torturing fans of the show by warning them of what’s to come without giving anything away. “Well, we can’t show you the tweet on this SFW site, but, suffice it to say “(expletive) gets real”. “I were you. Forget it, nothing prepares you for what lies ahead “.
The seventh series will be the penultimate instalment of the show.
Last time we saw Williams’ character, Arya Stark, was in the season six finale when she used the magic of Faceless Men to disguise herself and brutally murder Walder Frey. “Shit gets REAL”, she wrote in the series of tweets.
Also exciting for fans is the fact that Game of Thrones is now nearing its end game.
“Yes, I think [the showrunners, DB Weiss and David Benioff] have a very specific plan about the number of seasons they want to do”, Bloys said.
According to the cast of Game of Thrones, the scripts for season seven are finished and are now being read by the likes of Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner. “I think what we might see this season is those White Walkers and that Army of the Dead really come into force”. If it follows previous years, this next season could air as soon as March.
Maisie’s reaction doesn’t exactly blow the plot of Season 7 wide open, but Kit Harington has some thoughts as well. And when we know that Cersei will cruelest episodes in Season 7 of Game of Thrones, one wonders what the new Queen of the Seven Kingdoms prepares us.
