‘Game Of Thrones’ On Sunday Will Be The Biggest Episode Ever
You’re warned of possible spoilers through Sunday’s upcoming “Battle of the Bastards” (or potentially the finale), but where most of us presumed the hour would focus exclusively on the match between Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton, it seems an insert from United Kingdom magazine TV & Satellite Week (via Vanity Fair) confirmed another climactic meeting: Yara and Daenerys! Topping the list of likely deaths is Ramsay Bolton who is most likely to die in the battle. Since then, Snow has assembled a ragtag army of Bear Islanders, Free Folk and Night’s Watch allies such as Tormund Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju) and Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham). We know he was desperate to find out what happened to the daughter of Stannis. You’ve got your “Baelor”, “Blackwater”, “Rains of Castamere”, and “Watchers on the Wall”, all of which were INSANE episodes that helped end each series on a high note. I think “Game of Thrones” realized how little this character was working as a villain after he raped Sansa in Season 5, otherwise he would have appeared in more than three freaking episodes his final season after so many years of build-up.
“I had to hold him back, but they brought the camera crane in really close”.
Obviously, many of those inclined to watch both can record one during the period in which they overlap.
As the sneering usurper told his men to be prepared for a long siege, the powerful giant Wun Weg Wun Dar Wun smashed through the main gate, before being cut down by hails of arrows.
The bulk of episode nine will be taken up by the battle for Winterfell, but according to the synopsis today’s other key storyline will see Danaerys face a pivotal choice.
Now, the two are facing off with their own armies, and Ramsay is leading the face-off with more numbers of soldiers. What will turn the tide of battle? He allowed Rickon to run across the battlefield towards Sansa and Jon, while firing arrows at him the whole way.
“Battle of the Bastards” will continue that trend. Could it be the Knights of the Vale turning up to save the day?
As of now, the Stark army is clearly outnumbered by the Bolton’s and to rub salt on their wounds, Rickon is held hostage with Ramsay, who will ask his estranged wife Sansa and Snow to surrender.
