Gaza govt: Egyptian army killed Palestinian in cold blood
Ishaq Hassan was shot by security forces on Thursday shortly after swimming into Egyptian waters from Gaza Strip.

The Interior Ministry there said the man was mentally ill and demanded Egypt launch a probe into the incident.

According to reports, Hassan was known to have suffered from mental and emotional disturbances.
