Geelani gives shutdown call in Kashmir over Sopore killing
Kashmir remained shut for a complete day on last Wednesday against their brutal killing while Hizb supremo, Syed Sallahuddin had blamed “Indian agencies” for their “custodial murder”.
“Bashir and his three-year-old son Burhan Bashir, who was in his lap, were critically injured in the attack”, he said.
Both have been rushed to hospital, however Bhat succumbed to his accidents on the best way, whereas his three-yr-previous son died this afternoon.
Meanwhile, villagers on Saturday discovered the bullet-riddled body of a militant in an orchard in Indian Kashmir’s Tangmarg area.
The group is also believed to be behind killing of few separatist activists this year in Sopore area of the district.
On Monday, the bullet-riddled bodies of three local men bearing torture marks were found in the region, leading to days of protests and clashes between Kashmiris and government forces.
A three-year-old boy, who was injured in a militant attack which killed his father, a former ultra, in Sopore township of north Kashmir, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital today, police said.
