George Zimmerman Is Now Selling Confederate Flag Art
George Zimmerman has created a painting of the Confederate flag to help the owner of a Florida gun shop that has declared his business a “Muslim-free zone”. Hallinan is the gun shop owner who banned Muslims from his store in Inverness last month. CAIR Florida, which is the Council on American-Islamic Relations, is suing Hallinan. WKMG-TV reported Hallinan and Zimmerman will offer signed and numbered prints of a Confederate flag initially painted by Zimmerman.
In 2013, Mr Martin sold a painting of a blue-tinted American flag with the words “God/ One nation/ With liberty and justice for all”, for more than $100,000.
“The caption, “the second protects the first” is a double entendre”, Zimmerman said to Hallinan. “You can not have the 1st amendment without the 2nd, and you can not have the American Flag if you remove the Battle Flag”.
According to Florida Gun Supply’s website, “This painting was painted in honor of Andy Hallinan for being a true patriot and leading the country into a better, safer America”.
Zimmerman expects the new project to similarly raise six figures for him and Florida Gun Supply owner Andy Hallinan.
“George and Andy will be splitting the proceeds – and it will go to support their legal funds, living expenses, and advancing their mission to change the country”. A portion will also go to the Boys and Girls Club.
