Germany: Man dies after blowing up condom machine

The 29-year-old and two accomplices attached the bomb to the vending machine in a quiet street before taking cover in their vehicle.
The victim, however, did not close his door and was hit in the head by a flying piece of metal, which appears to have killed him, ABC News reports.

Police at the scene of the crime described the grass littered with condoms and money, none of which was taken by the robbers.
Although his friends took him to hospital in the nearby town of Schoppingen, he later died from his wounds.
