Get a free OnePlus, if not delivered in 60 minutes
Well, it seems smartphone companies are now following the Pizza delivery system for their smartphones.
In a new promotion campaign, OnePlus has tied up with Blowhorn, a Bengaluru based marketplace.
OnePlus announced that customers who purchase the OnePlus One will be able to place their hands on the device in 60 minutes as it will be delivered at their doorstep in mere 60 minutes. The scheme has already gone live as of Thursday, but it’s worth noting that the offer is only valid for the OnePlus One and not the company’s latest flagship, the OnePlus 2.
According to OnePlus, this is a pilot project starting with Bengaluru and will expand to other Indian cities in the coming months.
The count down for the delivery in 60 minutes will begin as soon as the order is accepted by Blow Horn.
Also you will need to place your order for the OnePlus One smartphone from the Blowhorn app that is available for download on the Google Play Store.
This promotional drive will be on for three days – October 8, 9 and 10.
Mithun Srivatsa from Blowhorn further adds, “The novelty of this promotion is that we being their delivery partner, have zero margin for delays or errors in delivery of the OnePlus One handsets”. “At OnePlus, we think it’s possible”, said Vikas Agarwal, GM, India, OnePlus.
Chinese smartphone start-up, OnePlus, is offering OnePlus One phones for free in Bengaluru if the phone isn’t delivered within 60 minutes of placing order. At OnePlus we always look to challenge the status quo and wow our fans by making the user experience even better.
