Get the First Look of Yaya Decosta As Whitney Houston

Yaya DeCosta is all set to launch in her new look as Whitney Houston.

She will act as Whitney Houston in the upcoming biopic, called I Will Always Love You: The Whitney Houston Story.

A Few Words about Houston

This lady gained recognition for her talents in different fields including music and films.

At the age of 48, Whitney Houston passed away unexpectedly in February 2012. It was an “accidental drowning”, that took this lady’s life. Whitney found dead in her hotel room’s bathtub just before sometime she was scheduled to attend annual Pre-Grammy party of Clive Davis.

The subject for the New biopic of Lifetime is the life and relationship of Whitney with Brown. Waiting to Exhale co-star Angela Bassett is all set to direct it. The 55 years actress confirmed it to US Weekly “I have such regard for both Whitney’s and Bobby’s amazing talents and accomplishments and I feel a responsibility in the telling of their story.”

During their conversation with Entertainment Weekly, Bassett revealed, she is working on a project by the family and daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown of this late singer. They are not the part of this production.

In one of the interviews, Bassett said.”We reached out to them in the early days; of course we’re not going to do the movie and not say anything to them … You can if you’re using public domain, but that’s not our desire.” She also said, “We paid our respects and let the conversation be had, just to get their okay. They certainly could have been not involved and against it.”

The story is all set to be premiered sometime in 2015. Not to forget to watch, I Will Always Love You: The Whitney Houston Story.
