The Dallas Cowboys present an opportunity for the New York Giants this year.

Dez Bryant didn’t make the trip to New York with his Dallas Cowboys teammates, but was still only listed as doubtful on the officially injury report as of yesterday. Watch Cowboys vs Giants online free live streaming for the marquee Sunday afternoon football game.

What it means: The Giants are over. It was a one-handed grab on Cowboys cornerback Brandon Carr, the same Dallas defender who was covering Beckham Jr. last season when Beckham Jr. made his iconic catch. Jonathan Casillas swarmed and tackled James Hanna on fourth down to stop the Cowboys from tying the game with less than two minutes to go. Rodgers-Cromartie also had two picks in a game three previous times, in 2008, 2009 and 2012…. The Giants entered the day No. 5 in the National Football League with a plus-5 edge in takeaways vs. giveaways, and that’s now up to plus-9.

The Eagles and Giants are both on a level par 3-3, where as the Cowboys have failed to capitalize on a good start to the season and linger now on 2-3. When Matt Cassel hit Devin Street for the tying touchdown halfway through the fourth quarter, it looked like the Giants may lose to a banged up Cowboys team.

Shortly after Giants specialist Dwayne Harris returned a kick 100 yards to give New York a 27-20 lead on Sunday, FOX cameras found Bryant and Hardy in a heated discussion on the sidelines.

McFadden rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown, getting 29 carries after starting running back Joseph Randle left with a strained back. The pass defense is what won the Giants the game.

And it isn’t as if the Giants are a good running football team either.

“He’s had to play a bit more receiver than we anticipated”, Manning said, “but he’s getting better each and every week”. Romo is on the sidelines recuperating from a broken collarbone sustained in late September, and Brandon Weeden had been filling the spot under centre for the Cowboys, but a poor last start – part of a bad 30-6 loss to New England – has seen Weeden benched in favour of former USC quarterback Matt Cassel. He also had a 31-yard touchdown on a screen pass nullified by a penalty.

New York had a plus-three turnover margin in that first game against the Cowboys, but still lost. I don’t think any sentence can say more about how badly the Cowboys botched this game than the previous sentence. Eli Manning needs to limit his mistakes though.
