Gigi Hadid’s Designing a Fashion Line For Tommy Hilfiger

“I never thought I would be asked to design a capsule collection, so it still feels like a dream that Tommy approached me to collaborate”, Hadid excitedly said on Wednesday, according to British Vogue.

Gigi Hadid is taking all she has learned strutting her stuff on the runway working as a supermodel and has designed her own clothing collection. She already has such a cool sense of personal style and combined with the classic, chic looks we’ve grown to know and love from Tommy Hilfiger, this looks like the start of a lovely collaboration.

Gigi Hadid fans, rejoice: She’s the latest model to land a fashion line with her name on it, and she’s pairing up with Tommy Hilfiger on the project. The model will also walk at Hilfiger’s fall 2016 show during New York Fashion Week and be attending launch events to promote the capsule collection in key markets.

Who wouldn’t want to be a Tommy Girl!

There are some people in the world who seem to think that being a model is easy and that all you need to do is look pretty and pose for some pictures.

Both the capsule collection and fragrance campaigns will run later next year, alongside the brand’s seasonal campaigns and men’s tailored and underwear campaigns featuring Rafael Nadal. Maybe designing will offer more of a challenge. Gigi by Tommy is hitting stores in less than a year.
