A 16-year-old British girl has faced a London court on terrorism charges in a case with links to an alleged plot to commit a terror attack in Melbourne on Anzac Day.
The girl, wearing a headscarf, black cardigan and white shirt, sat in the dock with her uncle during the brief hearing.
